Joe and I visited our friends the Ladensons in Washington DC last weekend. We spent some time wandering up and down the National Mall and were happy to see the new-to-us Martin Luther King and World War II Memorials.
A day trip to Annapolis, MD was also really fun. We're hoping to go back in May before the Ladenson crew heads off to their next posting in the UAE. The cherry blossoms should be a full bloom! Won't that be fun?

Looks like fun! It's always nice to tour the Mall, and Annapolis is a great treat of a place to visit. When you come back in the spring, let me know if you have time and we could meet up for a cup of coffee or a glass of wine!
